Philosophy

If a person is fit and healthy, they can do anything. That’s the foundation I want to help you build.  

I believe that fitness starts with understanding the body, as well as the benefits that movement can bring to your life.  I also believe that it’s important to work with you on your goals, at a pace that’s right for you: to start with you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

About Scott Holland

Scott is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer,  an NCCP Certified Distance Running Coach, and a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST).

Scott has trained athletes and regular folks for many years, from beginners to competitive level. A successful competitive runner himself for more than two decades, Scott has consistently finished in the top 1-10% in local races, and is now offering his Personal Training, Run Coaching and Fascial Stretch Therapy services to residents of Victoria and the Capital Regional District.

Encouraging and supportive, Scott will listen carefully to your fitness or movement goals, create a personalized workout plan, run plan, or Fascial Stretch Therapy assessment and plan for you, then work with you to achieve those fitness or movement goals.
